Interested in singing with us?

Don’t let the audition process intimidate you! The audition is a brief, 5-minute session with the Artistic Director that includes pitch matching and vocal exercises to assess your vocal range. Prospective members are also asked to sing “The Star Spangled Banner” in its entirety a cappella. While choristers must be able to read music, you will not be asked to sight-read during the audition.

Auditions are held in early fall and in January, after the holiday break. Membership in the Chorale requires attendance at Monday evening rehearsals throughout the season, as well as a commitment to learning your music outside of rehearsal.
